The independentistas protesters in front of the Palace of Congresses of Catalonia, in Barcelona, have abducted this evening to the assistants to the Princess of Girona Awards, who have tried to prevent their entry.
Some guests have had to deal directly with the participants in the protests against the celebration of the act, which is chaired by King Felipe VI and the Princess of Asturias, Doña Leonor. Others have suffered pushes and insults. The protests are seconded by ERC and JxCat, among other formations.
At first, the protesters have booed the people who were trying to reach the site from the Diagonal avenue of Barcelona, which is cut, and the agents deployed in a cordon have diverted the entrance by another access.
Afterwards, the people who protest, convened by CDR, Arran and other entities, have tried to prevent the entrance of the guests.
Inside the building, the prizes of the Princess of Girona Foundation (FPdGi) will be awarded at 6:30 p.m.
Protesters have also tried to block the departure of two motorists from the Mossos d'Esquadra and riot agents have had to intervene to make way.
