The wage gap between the municipal top executives is increasing in the country. According to researchers, the salaries of the municipal directors have increased at a faster rate than in the other labor markets, writes Dagens Samhälle.
Highest and lowest in the countyMostly, the Mayor of Stockholm, Magdalena Bosson, earns SEK 189,000 a month. Frida Nilsson in Nykvarn, who earns SEK 100,000 a month, has the lowest salary of all Stockholm County Municipal Directors.
The average salary for the country's municipal director is just over SEK 92,000 a month.
