“Contrary to the agreements reached on October 29 at the meeting of the contact group, Kiev is disrupting the start of the process of resuming the separation of forces and assets in Petrovsky,” Gryzlov told reporters, RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
He recalled that the process of separation of forces was to begin on November 4 on Monday, but the APU did not start these activities.
“Once again, we are convinced that the main reason for the slipping of the Minsk process is the position of Kiev,” Gryzlov added.
Earlier, the DNI announced the failure of a new attempt to deploy troops in Petrovsky.
At the end of October, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky announced that breeding in the area of the Petrovskoye settlement would begin on November 4 if the regime of silence continued during the week.
Later in the DPR confirmed this date.
