On November 1, Patriarch Kirill signed a letter of restoration of the unity of the Archdiocese of Orthodox Russian churches in Western Europe and the Russian Orthodox Church.

The diploma was signed in two copies, one of which is handed to the Archbishop of Dubninsky John (Renneto), the second will be stored in the archives of the Moscow Patriarchate.
