American singer Billie Eilish was crowned Sunday best revelation and singer of the best song ("Bad Guy") at the MTV Europe Awards, which saw Ariana Grande, the most nominated, leave empty-handed Seville.

Created in 1994, the MTV Europe Awards is one of two major events organized by the channel, with the Video Music Awards, held annually in the United States since 1984.
