Consternation Sunday morning in Chanteloup-les-Vignes, Yvelines. The town was shaken by an evening of violence. The police were ambushed, and a tent, which housed an association for young people, was set on fire.
Since 10am, many residents of Chanteloup-les-Vignes have come to see this capital totally calcined. There remains only the metal structure. Inside, everything went up in smoke, circus equipment, works of art made by young people: only some artistic works stored outside the building escaped the flames. Serge has been living in Chanteloup for over 20 years. He is totally disgusted.
"These are free acts, you can not remove the dream of kids like that," laments Serge. "You have kids who come to do theater here, circus.When you see that, while Chanteloup is making huge efforts to renovate, you feel like typing in the pile, it's not possible. assholes from everywhere, it makes me sick, "he continues.

The mayor (Divers right) of the city, Catherine Arenou, assures his side that many incidents and acts of violence have increased in recent times. "It's been several weeks since public lighting is attacked, regularly, we try to fix it, the workers who come to fix it are attacked, some went to the emergency room.There is a terrible climate", despair-t -she.
A building bar near the burnt marquee will soon be demolished as part of the urban renewal program.
