According to the lawsuit, the three suspected perpetrators, in consultation or consensus, have attacked the plaintiffs, a man aged 50 and a man aged 20, forcibly. The two plaintiffs are a father and his son.

"The three accused have all acknowledged that they have been on the scene but deny the crime," says Lukas Tigerstrand, assistant prosecutor.

Tried to kill dad and son

The 21-year-old, who is charged with attempted murder, or grievous assault, must have tried to kill both the father and the son by chopping them with a knife in the back, according to the lawsuit.

The two people charged with assault must have handed punches and shocks which caused "pain and superficial skin scrapes" on one of the plaintiff's chest and abdomen. The other plaintiff was in pain.

Didn't know each other

- The defendants and the two defendants should not have known each other since before. The older man must have been attacked by the other three men and must have called his son who came to the scene. The son should then also have been attacked, says Lukas Tigerstrand.

The main negotiations will begin on November 15.

- We have good evidence in this case and I have good hopes for a convict, says Lukas Tigerstrand.
