"Secretary of State Mike Pompeo will visit Germany on November 6-8 to emphasize the importance of bilateral relations, meet with senior officials and take part in events dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall," the agency’s website said in a statement.
Pompeo also has scheduled meetings with German Defense Minister Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer and German Finance Minister Olaf Scholz.
In late October, Pompeo and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov discussed the situation in Syria as part of a telephone conversation.
