Romelu Lukaku's double helped Inter Milan beat Bologna 2-1 on Saturday in the 11th Serie A, whose nervazzurri are temporarily taking the lead, while AS Roma, in great form, a little deeper in Naples.

Inter, who seems tired and not going through a very prosperous period, was badly engaged on the lawn of Bologna after opening the score signed Soriano in the 59th minute. But the Lautaro Martinez-Lukaku duo once again allowed Antonio Conte's team to get by.

The Belgian center-forward first sprang to equalize in the 75th minute, before registering in additional time the penalty obtained by Lautaro (2-1, 90 + 1).

With this success, Inter takes two steps ahead of Juventus (2nd), which will compete in the evening Derby de la Mole, the name of the high tower built in the center of Turin, facing Torino.

Before the victory of Inter, AS Roma had confirmed its current good conditions by beating Naples 2-1, which earned him to settle temporarily on the third step of the podium.

Despite an incredible series of injuries, Roma are holding up and even better than that: the giallorossi have indeed made three consecutive wins and have always lost only one game this season.

On Saturday, they again showed a good hand against Neapolitans deprived of their coach Carlo Ancelotti, suspended, and they are in difficulty, in 7th place, with only two points taken in the last three days.

The Romans quickly opened the scoring by Zaniolo (19th), who scored his fourth goal in four games. They could have widened the gap immediately but Meret pushed Kolarov's penalty kick after a hand of Callejon detected by the VAR.

Insignificant until then, the Neapolitans then woke up and the game became more contested, the visitors being close to equalize with, in the same sequence, a bar of Milik and a post of Zielinski.

After the break, Roma took a two-goal lead over a penalty kick for one hand and this time struck by Frenchman Veretout, who scored his first goal for the capital club (55th).

Kluivert nearly gave his team a three-goal lead but he hit the bar and Milik, on the other hand, revived the suspense by bringing Naples back to 2-1 (72).

Roma finished at 10 after Cetin's expulsion and shook to the end but retained their advantage.

The match was also briefly interrupted by the referee after anti-Neapolitan songs from the stands of the Olympic Stadium.
