“Indeed, it now depends more on the Russian side, because we are fulfilling the agreements that have been reached,” Pristayko said.
According to him, “there were actually two agreements” - recognition of Steinmeier’s formula and the separation of forces in three areas in the Donbass.
“As you understand, today we are approaching breeding in the last, third plot. That is, in principle, we are creating all the necessary conditions, ”he said.
Pristayko added that Kiev, Paris and Berlin are ready to hold a meeting in the Norman format.
Earlier, the Kremlin denied reports that the summit in Norman format will be held on November 15.
