According to RIA Novosti, this law establishes responsibility both for the drivers themselves and for their leaders.

It is noted that in case of violation of the rules of driving time or working and resting conditions, drivers will be fined from 1.5 thousand to 2 thousand rubles, and for officials the fine will be from 7 thousand to 10 thousand rubles.

At the same time, individual entrepreneurs or legal entities will be fined for such violations only if they have actually established a work regime for drivers that violates current standards. In such a situation, a fine for individual entrepreneurs will be from 15 thousand to 25 thousand rubles, and for legal entities - from 20 thousand to 50 thousand rubles.

In addition, the law provides for fines for driving without a working tachograph. Thus, if the driver went to work without this device, or the tachograph is incorrectly installed or faulty, the fine will be from 3 thousand to 5 thousand rubles.

The law also imposes fines for those who have launched transport without tachographs or with malfunctioning and non-working devices: for officials - from 7 thousand to 10 thousand rubles; for individual entrepreneurs from 15 thousand to 25 thousand; for legal entities - from 20 thousand to 50 thousand.

As specified in the law, a fine is not provided if the tachograph breaks down after the driver has left for work.

In July, Realnoe Vremya reported that a law was adopted in Bashkiria on the mandatory equipping of buses with tachographs.
