This 27-year-old individual, impeccable floor plan and exquisite manners was a fixed customer at the hotel that Gian usually went to and, according to the testimonies collected by the police, both cultivated a close relationship. A seduction game propitiated by the young man whose ultimate goal was to know the secrets of the millionaire's current account.

The Malaga policemen, through meticulous work, managed to unravel the network of relations of Arrabal and El Dientes and put faces, names and roles within the organization to each of the participants in the robbery.

The investigation lasted for months and, already inaugurated 2019, culminated in the Helvetia operation, which resulted in the arrest of these seven people, and two more, accused of belonging to a criminal organization, robbery with violence and intimidation, illegal detention and injuries .

The agents charged seven more robberies to the dangerous gang, but they had a loose link. The last piece of the puzzle. An equation that they still hope to clear: «Gian denounced the removal of a valuable watch, a Patek Philippe valued at 58,000 euros, which was not found in the records.
