As Cooper noted, through the sale of systems such as the S-400, Russia "seeks to take advantage of the needs of partners to create obstacles" for the US ability to "supply them with the most advanced defense means."
Earlier, the Ministry of National Defense of Turkey announced that the deployment of the S-400 in the republic will continue until the spring of 2020.
As noted in the White House, the US still hopes that Turkey will abandon the Russian S-400.
