“This afternoon, in a kindergarten located in the city of Naryan-Mar, a man caused a mortal knife wound to a 6-year-old boy during a quiet hour,” the department said.
Law enforcement authorities detained a 36-year-old suspect at the scene of the murder. It is noted that this is a local resident who was intoxicated.
Criminal proceedings have been instituted under the articles “Murder”, “Negligence” and “Provision of services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life and the health of consumers”.
It is noted that the UK will petition for the arrest of the suspect.
