25-year-old in Sundsvall is convicted of child pornography offenses

The man has acknowledged the holding but believes he has downloaded pictures and videos without being able to see the content in advance. But the district court says he still owed them possession when he had them on his hard drive.

The 25-year-old has stated that at the time of the crime, February 2016, he was depressed. He did not manage to clean, as evidenced by the fact that he had empty pizza boxes from floor to ceiling.

The district court considers the crime as serious, but since the man has not previously been convicted of a crime, it is considered sufficient conditional judgment. The court also considers that there is no reason to assume that the 25-year-old should commit new crimes.
