He says there have been cuts in support over the past 5-6 years.

- We have very many people who leave the system, who never enter the system or who see their hours sharply cut.

"There are many positive judgments"

With regard to Mona Nilsson's case, he is upset that the municipality of Partille is referring to a guiding judgment from 2011, where the visually impaired was denied his request for guidance in the Supreme Administrative Court.

- There are many positive judgments that have come, for example a case in Kävlinge. There, the visually impaired was given the right to accompany the administrative law. And the Supreme Administrative Court did not raise the municipality's appeal. Thus, the right of the visually impaired to LSS guidance remains. Why not tell it?

The verdict from Kävlinge is also from 2019, says Alireza.

"Went to the Supreme Court"

Erica Hägg, Director of Health and Care Administration, justifies the decision in Mona Nilsson's case that it was just a ruling in the Supreme Administrative Court in 2011.

There are other judgments that have been sentenced in other directions?

"Since this was the highest court, that's what we've been going for," she says.
