Nimes and Bordeaux got the first tickets to the League Cup round of 16, eliminating Lens (3-0) and Dijon (2-0) respectively on Tuesday.

At home, the Nîmes, 18th in Ligue 1, dominated against the blood and gold, dolphins in Ligue 2. Nimes opened the scoring on a goal against his camp the young defender Lensois Cory Sene, who deceived his guardian by deflecting a Buades strikes (24th).
