She said this in an interview with “SB. Belarus today. ”

“Next year, the next stage of the tax maneuver in Russia will take place, the forecast is calculated at a quote of $ 60 per barrel of oil. If this figure does not change, the price of oil for Belarusian refineries will rise by another $ 17.7 per ton, ”said Gurina, calling the maneuver in the oil sector in Russia one of the main risks for the competitiveness of Belarusian producers.

She noted that the “rise in price of oil for Belarus” will occur due to a reduction in customs duty as a result of a tax maneuver.

According to her, over the nine months of this year, losses amounted to about $ 250 million.

In this regard, a set of measures has been worked out in Belarus to adapt to Russian policies.

It is noted that according to the assessment of the Ministry of Finance of Belarus, the total losses of the country's economy in 2019–2020 will amount to $ 800 million.

Earlier, Oleg Osipov, spokesman for the Russian prime minister, commented on Minsk’s position regarding the loss of the Belarusian side as a result of Russia's tax maneuver in the oil sector.

According to him, “it is impossible to lose what does not belong to you” and the loss of Belarus “does not apply to Russia's existing obligations to the republic, including financial ones”.
