A survey conducted in the UK during 2018 showed that 31% of parents confirmed that staying home with children is more stressful than going to work.

The survey, conducted by AVEENO Baby on a sample of 1,500 parents, found that 55% thought having a baby was hard work even with a strong support system. 39% of parents said they are constantly exhausted, 27% felt under constant pressure to be perfect parents, and 40% agreed that after having their first child they stopped judging new parents for complaining too much.

The survey results also showed that 71% of mothers and fathers believe that social media has made parenting a subject of competition, with everyone trying to rise to a better level than others.

How can mothers - especially new ones - manage time to allow a room - even if simple - to pamper themselves, or reduce the stress and stress they experience while spending time at home with children.

time management
It may seem that there is not enough time in the day to do all the things we want and need to do, whether it's meeting the deadline for delivery, dealing with the ever-increasing laundry, and helping children with homework. Try to pair stale tasks with focus-dependent tasks when appropriate. For example, you can make important calls during your daily walk, knowing that exercise relieves stress, or you can train your kids on test questions while cleaning the kitchen.

You have a routine
Creating a routine provides you with mental energy, and saves you the feeling of stress.We are not talking about just waking up and sleeping at the same time, but until the time of dinner, rotating at work at home, setting the tasks of everyone in the family, and the schedule of house cleanliness, then you at least will not have to Question yourself: When was this floor last cleared?
