- Staff had paper in loose sheets. So we should not transport paper. They should be in a folder or cover and be in a bag, says Eric Semb, operations manager at the health and care administration in Helsingborg.

The incident happened shortly after the summer and the municipality has made a lex Sarah notification and informed the person, whose classified information ended up in the parking lot.

- It was extremely sad that it was discovered by a passerby.

Has happened before

This is not the first time that sensitive data is coming to hibernation in Helsingborg.

Just over a year ago, a similar incident occurred in which a paper with home care day planning fell out of the pocket of an employee, says Eric Semb.

In the summer, the health and care administration also sent classified information to the wrong person on two occasions.

- In the long term, we should not have this problem. Information should be in phones and computers, says Eric Semb.

The City of Helsingborg uses the concept of "home care" about home care.
