The Swedish Transport Administration has decided that the speed limit on five roads in Uppsala County should be lowered from 90 km / h to 80 km / h.
The change will take effect between November 4-6, and the Swedish Transport Administration will then sign on all the routes involved.
The reason for lowering the restrictions is to reduce the number of dead and seriously injured in traffic.
Here are the ways in which the speed limit is lowered:
- Road 72 between Heby and Uppsala
- Road 77 between the E4 and Husby-Långhundra
- Route 76 between Forsmark and Skutskär
- Road 291 between the E4 and the national highway 76
- Road 600 between Läby and Mehedeby
