Agents of the Missing Persons Section of the Criminal Investigation Corps (CIC) of San Juan are looking for a man of Spanish nationality whose identity responds to Germán Díaz Cangas , who disappeared in the area of San Juan's Roosevelt Avenue on October 16 2019 at 9.30 p.m. local time (01.30 GMT on October 17).
Puerto Rican Police said Monday in a statement that the disappearance of Díaz Cangas, 50, was notified by a friend, identified as Cristina María Ceide .
The man measures 1.68 meters, weighs 81 kilos, is dark complexion, green eyes and black hair and has a burn in the stomach area.
Apparently, he was driving a light red Nissan Juke S vehicle, from 2011.
