He noted that the Belarusian side will be forced to answer this without rattling their weapons.
At the same time, he noted that the Belarusian army is able to cope with the American contingent transferred to Lithuania if necessary.
“This, of course, is an armored fist; do not underestimate the significance. But 30 tanks and 30 armored vehicles are simply ridiculous against the Belarusian army, ”the Belarusian leader said.
He added that Minsk foresaw a similar danger.
“We were preparing for this, so 30 tanks are simply ridiculous for our army. We can’t even make any gestures to resist, ”he added.
Earlier, Lukashenko instructed the State Secretariat of the Security Council and the Ministry of Defense of the country to develop and soon submit to him an action plan for an adequate response in connection with the deployment of American armored vehicles in Lithuania.
