According to the North-Western Investigation Department for Transport of the IC of Russia, a pre-investigation check is carried out on the violation of traffic safety rules and the operation of air transport as a result of a collision on October 27, 2019 with an official car at Pulkovo Airport with a private plane.
It is noted that the aircraft suffered damage to the fuselage. No casualties reported.
Earlier in Chelyabinsk, the ramp crashed into a plane and damaged the skin.
