Buenos Aires (AP) - Opposition candidate Alberto Fernández won the presidential election in Argentina. Incumbent Mauricio Macri admitted his defeat. He congratulated Fernández and invited them to breakfast in the presidential palace, the conservative told his supporters in Buenos Aires. Argentina is again facing a severe economic and financial crisis, despite the International Monetary Fund granting the South American country a US $ 57 billion readiness loan last year.
