October 28, 201920.53 The House of Commons rejected the motion presented by Johnson's British government to obtain early parliamentary elections on December 12th. The failure of the Labor opposition has prevented a quorum of two thirds from being reached. The Tory government, however, remains the way to support the new proposal of 2 other opposition parties, Libdem and Snp (the Scottish nationalists), to go to the vote on December 9, modifying by simple majority from tomorrow the law on the current laws on elections.
