"The action will take place at registered sites located in military units and on ships, military educational organizations, as well as at military bases," the Ministry of Defense Information and Communications Department said in a statement.
It is specified that the action will be attended by servicemen, cadets and pupils of higher and pre-university military educational institutions of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, faculty, military personnel, civilian personnel, as well as members of military families.
Earlier, Nevsky Novosti reported that servicemen of the Western Military District would take part in the Geographical Dictation on Sunday, October 27.
