In China, four people died in a mine collapse

This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to a statement by the government of the Gulin County of Luzhou City District.

The collapse occurred during repairs to strengthen the ceiling at the mine.

Two people are reported missing.

Earlier in China, six people were killed in a gas explosion in a cafe.
