The number of victims in an accident with an ambulance in Buryatia increased to eight


The number of victims of the accident involving an ambulance in Ulan-Ude has increased to eight, said the head of the Ministry of Health of Buryatia, Dambinima Sambuev.

“Eight people were taken to hospitals,” TASS quoted him as saying.

He specified that after examination, five victims, including a child, were sent for outpatient treatment.

At the same time, the condition of three hospitalized is assessed as serious, two of them are in the intensive care unit.

“A woman, 52 years old, in intensive care with a concussion and fractures, a man, 44 years old, also in the intensive care unit, there are multiple fractures, and a woman of 20 years old was also hospitalized in the Republican Clinical Hospital with fractures,” the Republican Ministry of Health reported.

Earlier it was reported about six victims in an accident with an ambulance, including a minor.
