Civil society disappointed

But today, the secretariat has about 300 project proposals. It would take 15 billion to be able to implement all these projects, explains Armelle Le Comte, of Oxfam France. This goal of $ 15 billion could have been achieved with the contribution of the United States, the largest emitter of greenhouse gases in the world. But since their withdrawal from the Paris Agreement , Americans are no longer giving a single dollar to the Green Fund.
