The accident occurred 140 km from Kirov.
“Previously, 13 people were injured, of whom four were killed, including one child,” the Emergencies Ministry said.
It is noted that 26 people participated in the aftermath of the accident, eight pieces of equipment were involved.
Earlier in Astrakhan in an accident with a minibus 11 people were injured.
