The demonstration called for this Sunday by Catalan Civil Society against Catalan separatism has caused a strong clash between Vox and the main constitutional social entity in Catalonia. The trigger has been that SCC has expressed its willingness not to have the party of Santiago Abascal because it does not defend the "self-government" of Catalonia. Therefore, they have only invited the PSC, PP and Cs to participate in what is intended as the main response in the streets to weeks of pressure from independence.

The exclusion of Vox has raised the Abascal party in arms, which it has heavily charged against SCC. In addition, he has directly neglected his call. "It is not a demonstration against separatism and for the unity of Spain but an act of surrender," denounced the spokesperson for the Electoral Committee of Vox, Jorge Buxadé .

At the same time, Abascal has also attacked against Catalan Civil Society because it "emulates the practices of exclusion of separatists" by leaving Vox aside. As noted, SCC has been "portrayed" by inviting "moderate nationalists" at the same time, he stresses, "terribly excludes 148,481 Catalans and almost 3 million Spaniards who defend the constitutional order."

Remember that Vox has organized its own demonstration in Madrid on Saturday against Catalan independence, with a rally-rally in the Plaza de Colón. Vox has asked to go with flags of Spain. For its part, it is finalizing the making of a gigantic flag to display it during the act.

"On Sunday you can insult from your microphones the good people who ask for 'Puigdemont to prison' by calling them again 'mobs of the Roman circus'," Abascal told Catalan Civil Society in a message on Twitter that denotes the tension. "But on Saturday 26, all Spaniards who defend the unity of Spain will be welcome in the Plaza de Colón," he continues, taking advantage of the commotion to promote the event.

The president of SCC, Fernando Sánchez Costa , had assured that they did not count on Vox in their mobilization. "We are not waiting for you," he said. "We have invited all those who defend democracy, the Constitution and the self-government of Catalonia."

Sánchez Costa has acknowledged that he also has no dialogue with Abascal's party. Something about which Vox leader Jorge Buxadé has responded that is because in SCC they "prefer" to take the picture with Iceta (PSC) and Valls.
