Naftogaz told about gas reserves in Ukrainian storage facilities

“Ukraine has increased the volume of gas in underground storage facilities (UGS) to 21.6 billion cubic meters. m., which is 4.5 billion cubic meters. m. exceeds last year's figure on the same date. Such gas reserves in storage are record highs over the past 10 years, ”the statement said.

Naftogaz emphasizes that such reserves guarantee a stable passage of the heating season in Ukraine.

Earlier, Prime Minister of Ukraine Alexey Goncharuk made heating problems in some cities of the country.

In September, Naftogaz published a list of debtor companies involved in heating Ukrainian cities. Due to the debts accumulated by them, a number of settlements in Ukraine may remain partially or completely without heat in the winter.
