A participant in a shootout in the Rostov region was detained in Chechnya


The Chechen Ministry of Internal Affairs reported the detention in the republic of one of the participants in a shootout at the Chernozubovka farm in the Rostov Region, which killed five people and injured two others.

“A participant in the conflict that occurred in the Rostov Region on October 22, during which five people were killed, was identified and taken to the police,” the agency’s press release said.

The police detained a man born in 1974, registered in the Oryol region of the Rostov region and put on the federal wanted list.

Currently, the detainee was transferred to the police of the Rostov region.

Earlier it was reported that police and Rosguard officers organized a search for those involved in the shootout in the Rostov region in several areas.

On October 22, shooting occurred between residents of the Chernozubovka farm in the Oryol district of the Rostov Region as a result of a conflict over cattle grazing areas.
