39 people were found dead in a truck's refrigerated container parked in an industrial park near London.

It is said to have been trapped for more than 10 hours at an internal temperature of minus 25 degrees.

Although all were reported to be Chinese, the British Embassy in the United Kingdom said it was not final confirmation.

The refrigerated container came from the Port of Zebruges, Belgium, to the UK's Complete Terminal.

A Northern Ireland driver put a container on a truck and parked in an industrial park and found the body.

British police have arrested three people, including drivers, to investigate where the dead people went into containers and why.

Belgian authorities insisted that people were inside before containers entered the port of Belgium.

The Chinese government called for quick findings and punishment of criminals.

[Hwachunying Foreign Ministry spokesman: I take this case seriously. The authorities in China are working closely together.]

Chinese media refer to a case in which 58 Chinese were killed in a container in Dover, England in 2000, and this time the weight is on the side of a smuggled invasion involving European criminal organizations.

At the same time, the United Kingdom and European countries have voiced reprimands of what they have done to protect foreign migrants' human rights and prevent smuggling incidents.
