After the bad weather that swept Wednesday the south of the country, the weather will be still restless Thursday in Corsica and rainy on the West, forecast Météo-France.

A new disturbance arrives from the west

The rainy-stormy disturbance will still affect the eastern facade of the island of beauty during the day, with the passage of storms sometimes violent causing heavy rain accumulations. On the west of the country, a rainy limit will return in the morning, stretching from Aquitaine to Brittany and Normandy. The rains will be temporarily supported during the morning from south Brittany to Cotentin. They will lose intensity during the afternoon by sinking eastwards in the Center region, Pays de la Loire, Normandy, Île-de-France and the Hauts de France, but rainfall will remain continue from Aquitaine to Poitou-Charentes.

Elsewhere, from north-east to Occitania, the sky will remain cloudy during the day. Fog will be present at the beginning of the day in Alsace and on the north of Lorraine. During the afternoon, thinnings will develop from Lorraine to the Mediterranean, marking the return of a quieter and sunny weather on the Mediterranean rim. In the early morning, a westerly wind will blow gusts to 70/80 km / h on the Aquitaine coast, then weaken during the day. A sensitive wind from the southwestern sector will be set up during the afternoon along the Channel coast.

Minimum temperatures will generally range from 9 to 14 degrees, 15 to 17 near the Mediterranean. For the maximum, we expect 14 to 18 degrees on the west of France, and 16 to 21 on the east of the country.
