According to the document, the amendments guarantee women living and working in rural areas reduced working hours.
It should not exceed 36 hours per week while maintaining wages.
It is noted that women have the right to higher wages at work, where, according to working conditions, the working day is divided into parts.
Earlier, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Russia Alexey Vovchenko said that women make up 72% of Russian civil servants.
