England coach Eddie Jones has once again bet on Thursday the association of two openers George Ford and Owen Farrell to face New Zealand Saturday in the semifinals of the World Cup after putting him in the closet in the previous round .

Ford, who opened with Farrell (center) in the pool, was placed on the bench in the quarterfinals against Australia (40-16), with Jones preferring to place Farrell in the N.10 position and bet on a pair of beefier centers with Manu Tuilagi and Henry Slade, to counter the power of the Wallabies.

Change of strategy Saturday (10:00 French) in Yokohama (suburbs of Tokyo), where he counts on the foot of Ford and Farrell to move the ball and the All Blacks. Farrell is therefore associated with Tuilagi and Slade replaces Ford on the bench.

This is the only change made in the starting XV by Jones. On the bench, he also opted in third row over Mark Wilson rather than Lewis Ludlam.

The starting XV: Daly - A. Watson, Tuilagi, O. Farrell (cap), May - (o) Ford, (m) B. Youngs - Underhill, B. Vunipola, Curry - Lawes, Itoje - Sinckler, George, Mr Vunipola

Alternates: Cowan-Dickie, Marler, Cole, Kruis, Wilson, Heinz, Slade, Jon. Joseph
