Three to five loud bangs were heard on Wednesday morning in Torshälla. Shortly thereafter, the police received several calls that a gunfire had taken place.

The police do not want to tell you about the finds that were made at the site, but say that shots were fired in the direction of a residential building in the area. The incident is being investigated as an attempted murder, but it is unclear at this time whether the shots were intended to meet a specific person, or the property. Police say there were people inside the house when the property was damaged.

High speed

There has been a door knock in the area and testimony has been provided which the police consider to be interesting. A dark car was driven at high speed in time close to the incident on the footpath along the river, in the direction of Brogatan.

"This feels important to get organized and we want people to take a stand against this shit," says municipal police officer Thomas Bergqvist, who appeals to the public about observations about the car.

To try to secure further discoveries, the police should take the help of a dog who is specially trained in finding tracks on crime sites.
