The Ministry of Emergency Situations emphasizes that, in particular, it is impossible to violate the requirements prescribed in the instructions and to use devices beyond the specified service life.
“Systematically check the condition of the wiring, outlets, shields, and plugs of the heater. Monitor the condition of the heater: repair and replace parts in time if they fail, ”the recommendation says.
The department also advises to avoid overloading on the power grid, if several powerful energy consumers are turned on at once, and to install the electric heater at a safe distance from curtains or furniture.
