Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued a royal decree on Wednesday appointing Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah bin Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud as foreign minister, replacing Ibrahim Al Assaf.
Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf was appointed Minister of State and a member of the Council of Ministers.

The Royal Order also exempted the Minister of Transport Nabil bin Mohammed al-Amoudi from his post, and appointed him Saleh bin Nasser bin Ali al-Jasser.

Abdullah bin Sharaf bin Jamaan al-Ghamdi is also appointed head of the Saudi Commission for Data and Artificial Intelligence with the rank of minister.

Saleh bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-Othaim is appointed vice president of the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SAGIA).

Issam bin Abdullah bin Khalaf Al-Waqit is also appointed Director of the National Information Center.

Dr. Tariq bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Shadi was appointed as the Head of the National Data Management Office at the rank of excellent.
