- The notification is sent to the prosecutor's office today, says Timrås chairman Lars Backlund.

He says that Timrå consulted with a lawyer and that the report is sent in consultation with him. But some details Backlund does not want to leave.

Confidential case

- We have not specified any heading on the matter. Now it is submitted and then it is covered with preliminary investigation confidentiality, according to Lars Backlund.

He says that he himself does not know the details of the law but that the case has been reviewed and guidance from the lawyer.

- We have the same attitude now as at the press conference, says Lars Backlund.

Dismissed or dismissed?

In essence, nothing has changed, he says. But after the turmoil, club manager Jörgen Wahlberg resigned himself. While the club's opinion is that he is dismissed by the employer. Next week the club will meet Wahlberg's union representatives.

- He is laid off and we run our line. The future may show whether we have done right or wrong, says Lars Backlund.

He says that there is currently no contact with Wahlberg.

- We will see what demands Jörgen places on us. It is usually so in a negotiation that you have different opinions.

Looking over the organization

What happens to the role of club manager in the future is uncertain.

- We have made Oskar Johansson the acting club manager. Then we have a working group of three people who will develop a profile of what we are looking for. We look over the entire organization and what needs we have, says chairman Lars Backlund.

Denies crime

Attorney Fredrik Lindberg, who was hired by Wahlberg, did not know that the complaint was filed today.

- No. But if a prosecutor considers that there is reason to initiate a preliminary investigation, I may be appointed as a lawyer. I can't say anything more in this situation, says Fredrik Lindberg.

He has previously formulated a press release stating his client's attitude: "Jörgen Wahlberg firmly denies that he committed any crime during his employment with TIK."
