Experienced staff are lagging behind

- They have made it clear to us that the salary budget that is laid down applies. They have been very clear about that, says Iréne Sjövall Sanned.

The health care association has been asking for increased wages, not least for "particularly skilled staff", with up to SEK 10000 a month.

- Salary increases have largely been due to increased entry wages, which means that experienced staff are lagging behind. I do not know how to keep staff if we do not get the salaries.
