Putin and Erdogan discuss the use of Mir cards in Turkey

The Russian president said this at a press conference following the talks.

“We also talked about an important document providing not only more active use of the ruble and lira in mutual trade, but also the expansion of the acceptance of Russian Mir cards in Turkey, and the connection of Turkish banks and companies to the financial message transfer system of Rossiya Bank, - Putin said.

In June, the Izvestia newspaper wrote that by the end of 2019, all states of the Eurasian Economic Union will begin to accept Mir cards.
