Around every fifth school lunch is nowadays some form of adapted diet. Dante Campos at class 7 E at the Marieberg School in Karlstad is one of those who needs special diets.

Have medical certificate

Now he has medical certificate that he is lactose intolerant and needs special diet.

He is one of many who cannot eat the usual school food. But he is so used to it that it doesn't feel weird at all.

- Only the food is good then it is good, and usually it tastes just like the regular food used to do, he says.

He thinks it is good that the school offers a lactose-free diet.

- Without it, it would not be so good. Now I feel much better.
