The director and the mining foreman of the gold mining cooperative do not admit guilt in the alleged crime, ”the department said.

On October 19, in the vicinity of the village of Shchetinkino, Kuraginsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory on the Seiba River, the dam of the technological reservoir of the gold mining artel was destroyed.

According to the latest data, 15 people died as a result of the emergency. A criminal case has been instituted on the fact of death.

It is clarified that the court has already arrested in this case Eganov, the foreman of the mining section of the gold mining cooperative of LLC Sisim Evgeny Alexandrov and the company's general director Maxim Kovalkov.
