The House of Commons has blocked the review of the decision to transfer Brexit

The Speaker of the House of Commons of the British Parliament, John Birkou, has blocked the re-consideration of the draft Brexit deal with the EU by Prime Minister Boris Johnson and has refused to reconsider the decision to postpone the kingdom's withdrawal from the alliance.

The meeting was broadcast by Sky News.

“This issue was considered less than 49 hours ago and discussed during the three-hour debate ... The House adopted the amendment to the document. It is impossible to suggest a significant change in circumstances for review, ”he said at a meeting of the House.

Birkou emphasized that a re-examination of the same government proposal would violate the parliament’s work order.

“The parliament should not be bombarded with the same document again and again,” the speaker concluded.

On October 20, Johnson asked the European Union for a new deferral of Brexit until January 31, 2020 after British parliamentarians adopted the corresponding amendment.

Director of the Center for European Information Nikolai Topornin, in an interview with the Izvestia newspaper, noted that the situation in London resembles the attempts of ex-Prime Minister of Britain Theresa May to complete the brexit process.
