Bielefeld (dpa) - The prosecutor Bielefeld has set her investigation against the former top manager Thomas Middelhoff on suspicion of bankruptcy. A spokesman for the prosecution said there was no sufficient suspicion against Middelhoff. Specifically, it was about the suspicion that the ex-manager had moved before his personal bankruptcy sums of money and thus withdrawn the creditors. Middelhoff himself had rejected the accusations from the beginning.
