The Madrid Court has sentenced Pedro Luis GF, known as the elevator rapist to 96 years in prison , after considering him the perpetrator of two continuing crimes of sexual assault, another of sexual assault, two of illegal detention, two others of intent to Illegal detention, along with two crimes of injury and two of robbery with violence.
During the celebration of the oral hearing of the trial, which began earlier this October, the sentenced now acknowledged being the author of the events .
The maximum limit of compliance with the sentence will be 25 years although, according to the sentence, the calculation of terms applicable to prison benefits, such as exit permits, classification in third grade and time for probation, will refer to the totality of the penalty imposed, 96 years.
This resolution is not firm and against it it is possible to lodge an appeal before the competent Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Madrid.
