More than 400 Jewish settlers and extremists stormed the courtyards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque on Sunday to protect the Israeli occupation forces on the seventh day of the so-called Jewish throne.

These incursions are taking place amid tight security measures. Since the early morning hours, large Israeli police forces deployed in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque and at its gates to secure Jewish raids on the Holy Mosque.

According to eyewitnesses, members of the Israeli police forcibly removed a group of people who were prevented from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque while they were trying to confront the settlers' incursions.

The frequency of the incursions increased during the Jewish holidays (Jewish New Year and Throne Day), with the recent participation of ultra-rabbi Yehuda Glick and Agriculture Minister Uri Ariel.

The alleged temple groups have called on their supporters from the settlers to storm the Al-Aqsa Mosque on the occasion of the celebration of the throne.

On the other hand, Palestinian activists called through the communication sites to repel the intrusions through the daily and intensive presence in Al-Aqsa Mosque, Rabat and defend it.
